Training Videos

The Rescue Training Institute, Inc in a collaborative effort with Emergency Aid Training, Inc. has embarked on establishing a series of training videos to assist individuals and EMS organizations. These two NYS Course Sponsors will work together to improve education in pre-hospital care.

Station 2: Cardiac Arrest Management/AED

The Cardiac Arrest Management station is a required station that all EMT students must complete when taking the New York State Practical Examination.

Station 3: BVM – Apneic with Pulse

The BVM – Apneic with Pulse station is a required station that EMT students need to complete when taking the New York State Practical Examination.

Station 4A: Upper Airway Adjuncts

The Upper Airway Adjuncts station is one of the stations that EMT students may need to complete when taking the New York State Practical Examination.

Humidified Oxygen Administration

Humidified Oxygen Administration is a skill that students will learn while enrolled in our EMT course.

Oxygen, although vital to humans in order to sustain life, can become an irritant when administered in high concentrations over an extended period of time. In order to make a patient more comfortable, oxygen can be humidifed while being administered.

This video demonstrates the propery way to administer humidified oxygen to a patient when indicated.
